President – Jennifer Romero-Greene, PMP, PMI-ACP

I am very proud to be able to serve this board. Together through collaborative partnerships, we have the ability to teach new skills which provide better career opportunities to our youth and our community. Equipping people with tools they will use throughout their lives to achieve greater things than I ever imagined.

Secretary – Neil Halpert, CPA, PMP, CSM

Neil joined the board in 2017 after participating in Project Extravaganza and leading study sessions to prepare graduates for the CAPM® examination. He won the “Heart of FLiPM® Award” for his enthusiastic support of the program. He provides financial oversite and acts in the capacity of Secretary for FLiPM®

Michelle Banton, PMP, ITIL

  • Michelle joined the board in 2015. She has been involved volunteering at the schools and the community outreach. She has been to all Project Extravaganzas and helps secure volunteers.

Kathy Czerwonka, CPA

Kathy is Chief Financial Officer at Impact Youth Services and joined the board after participating in several Project Extravaganzas at Deep Run High School.  She has helped in the selection of the “Making an Impact” scholarship winner from the event, and helped critique student presentations as part of the professional evaluation panel.

Joseph Greene, Jr. PMP

Every organization needs someone who helps with everything and Joe is that person!  Joe helps with Project Extravaganzas, study sessions, developing and updating material, researching grant opportunities, and keeping things running smoothly.  His desire to help students achieve their goals emanates in everything he does to help FLiPM succeed. He has volunteered for local disaster relief teams and done missions trips to Central America.

Holly Hilts, MBA, CRISC, PMP

  • Holly is an original board member and has helped provide vision and guidance from the start. She works remotely from New York and is always willing to help others with their project management journey. Her passion and leadership experience are greatly appreciated!

Bob Kois, PMP

Bob is the inspiration for the program. He runs a similar program in Denver for disadvantaged youths. His heart is large and he uses his skills to help not only in the United States, but also in other countries by participating in Projects without Borders.

Thom Pakurar, Jr. PMP, CSM, SAFe

Thom enjoys speaking to high school classes about the importance of project management certification in the work place. He has won awards for volunteering from his work and professional organizations such as the Boy Scouts.
